Job Description
2×2 Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Conduct and Global Compliance team. This position, with a focus on global regulatory compliance initiatives, will involve reviewing third-party due diligence screening reports, analyzing compliance allegations, conducting investigations, and contributing to anti-corruption regulatory compliance programs. The candidate will work on multiple initiatives, exhibit strong teamwork and relationship-building skills, and possess exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review third-party due diligence screening reports and identify potential issues based on risk criteria and regulations.
- Contribute to anti-corruption regulatory compliance program initiatives.
- Analyze third-party compliance allegations and conduct additional investigations.
- Research regulatory matters and maintain familiarity with compliance systems and documentation.
- Utilize advanced Excel and Tableau skills for analysis.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience in conducting due diligence research.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
