Job Description

2×2 Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Conduct and Global Compliance team. This position, with a focus on global regulatory compliance initiatives, will involve reviewing third-party due diligence screening reports, analyzing compliance allegations, conducting investigations, and contributing to anti-corruption regulatory compliance programs. The candidate will work on multiple initiatives, exhibit strong teamwork and relationship-building skills, and possess exceptional communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Review third-party due diligence screening reports and identify potential issues based on risk criteria and regulations.
• Contribute to anti-corruption regulatory compliance program initiatives.
• Analyze third-party compliance allegations and conduct additional investigations.
• Research regulatory matters and maintain familiarity with compliance systems and documentation.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Tableau skills for analysis.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Requirements & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience in conducting due diligence research.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
