Job Description
Join 2×2 Consulting as a Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for building custom-tailored web solutions and applications. Collaborate with various internal and external teams, including Marketing, Finance, BI, Content Strategy, and more. Leverage expertise in NextJs, ReactJs, JavaScript, Streamlit, FastAPI, Python, and Postgres to deliver high-quality web applications. This role is ideal for someone excelling in frontend design, user experience, and with a strong background in data modeling and database system design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product management team to capture requirements and develop web applications.
- Apply NextJs, ReactJs, JavaScript, Streamlit, FastAPI, Python, and Postgres to build frontend and backend components.
- Rapidly prototype web solutions for consensus before full-scale development.
- Run the entire lifecycle of web products, working closely with the Product Management team.
- Design and implement data models and database systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Optimize application performance using strong knowledge of datasets.
- Communicate technical concepts efficiently to non-technical partners.
Basic Qualifications
- STEM undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in software engineering.
- Experience in web development using NextJs, ReactJs, JavaScript, Python, and Postgres.
- Strong frontend design and user experience skills.
- Previous prototyping and iterative development work in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in data formations and algorithmic approaches.
Additional Qualifications
- STEM graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with Streamlit™ and FastAPI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical customers.
